High-Pressure Grinding Mill

High-pressure grinding mill is an improved type of Raymond mill. The purpose of the this kind mill is to grind non-flammable and non-explosive materials in the fields of building materials, mining, metallurgies and chemical industry with hardness less than 9.3 in Moh’s scale and humidity less than 6 percent. Examples of the materials are: quartz, feldspar, barite, fluorite, dolomite, garnet, bauxite, zircon, marble, calcite, iron ore, rock phosphate, coal, slag and so on(400 kinds of material). The granularity of the final products can be changed from 30 to 425 meshes.

1. Higher output. Its output increases by 10%-20% comparing with Raymond mill under the same power condition.
2. Larger range of final fineness. Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) –0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
3.Good dust control. High Pressure Suspension Mill meets the requirement of national dust-dump standard.
4.Easy to operate. The whole system is combined by some independent systems, and the cohesion between the systems is good.
5. Excellent sealing. The multi-class seals are adopted to keep the grinding equipment tight closed.

The Main Structure

High-pressure suspension mill mainly contains main spindle,fine analyzer,blower,power collector,bag dust collector and connecting pipe. According to customer’s requests, we can offer crusher,elevator, storage bin, electromagnetic vibrating feeding machine, electrical control cabinet and so on. In main spindle, the roller hang above the roller hanger through cross arm shaft and there is a fixed connection among roller, spindle and relieving tool post, the spring is above the bracket out of the roller bearing room, the spring is above the roller hanger of the roller bearing chamber, roller tightly is pressed on the ring inside surface. When the motor drives spindle to rotate through transmission system to rotate, scrapers on the relieving tool post and roller start to rotate synchronously. And the roller rotates around its own axis when roller rolling inside. Motor drives the impeller of analyzer through transmission systems, the speed of impeller is higher, the fineness is better.

Working Principle

After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator, edge of then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turnplate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe. When the grinding mill is at work, all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring, and the materials are driven to the edge of the turnplate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers where the materials are repeatedly pressed, crushed and grinded by the rollers. The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the grinding mill and, in turn, the air flow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall an exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner, and clings to the surface of the filter bags. At the same time, the fine powders clinging to the surface fall down by the sudden vibration of the filter bags, which is caused by the instantly ejected high-pressure gas controlled by the pulse valve. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor at the bottom to get finished powders packed. In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end.
